Luxury Suite @ BTS Nana

Well located apartment in good block close to all the action in Sukhumvit Road.

Pros: Mona was exceptionally helpful and communicated clearly to get me settled in. The room was spotlessly clean and the maid service kept it in excellent shape. The staff at the building were friendly and helpful, especially security who looked after our car,

Cons: It is a little hard to find and it might not be a bad idea to have some instructions in thai for the driver, we spent a while locating it. Once found it was easy enough to find again.

Pros: The owner very The owner is very helpful and responsible, I recommend it in terms of the location's success and top service. It's just a shame that there's a washing machine but no balcony... the location is also close to pedestrian food stalls.. Awesome price and place...🫶 It's cool that there's a maid to clean and change the sheets....thank you

Good location, nice building but definitely wouldn't stay again

Pros: Excellent location near the nana bts station, Very clean building with good security, Nice pool area.

Cons: Host was very hard to get in touch with making checking a challenge for information, Whole room needs a really good deep clean lots of dust on surfaces especially the bathroom, Was told the room would be cleaned every 3 days and it was done once then I had to do everything by myself, Bed mattress is super uncomfortable and when I 1st arrived there was a very large stain on the duvet cover that I can only hope was coffee or juice

Had a wonderful stay!

Pros: It was a very comfortable and had everything you would need for a pleasant stay (iron, hairdryer, plates & cutlery, microwave, stove, washing machine, drying rack). Lovely light room with big windows. Comfortable bed. The pool was lovely with a beautiful view of the city. Location was good and about 6 minute walk to Asok BTS and Terminal 21 (great foodcourt). Nana BTS about 7 mins walk away. 7/11 downstairs as well.

Pros: Really nice room updated with a good bed. Cleaner came round from time to time to change sheets and towels as well as a general clean up. This is a condo not a hotel so your left to your own devices. Location is close to main attractions and stations for BYS/MRT in close proximity. Host met me to hand over key and show room. Has a pool and gym as well as good security. Laundry downstairs if needed as well as 7/11. Overall a very good stay.

Cons: A little pricy but overall good value for money. I stayed with another host at the same place. Cheaper but the bed and room were not updated so you get what you pay for.

Pros: Room was very clean and comfortable. Location was great. The owner had a cleaner come every three days or so to change towels and bedsheets, and give a general clean. The pool and gym were great. Facial recognition scanner to enter the building worked well once set up. Overall very happy.

Cons: Just remember it is a room in a residential condo, not a hotel. Location of the entrance was a bit difficult to find on google maps but the owner messaged me with the details about 24 hours before check in. Feels like the lobby staff are used to dealing with local residents, not tourists, which is fair enough. I really only had to talk to them once to set up my access and it went smoothly enough.

Pros: Très bel appartement spacieux dans un grand immeuble. Bonne situation à 7mn à pieds de la station BTS Nana et à environ 8mn de la station metro Sukhumvit. Idéal pour explorer Bangkok. Un 7eleven se trouve juste en bas. L'appartement est idéal pour 2 personnes avec tout le nécessaire en linge de lit et linge de toilette. Nous sommes restés 10 jours et la femme de ménage, adorable, est passée changer les draps. Il y a un local à poubelle sur l'étage ce qui es pratique pour le tri sélectif. Un grand merci à Mona pour ses réponses par message et sa gentillesse. C'était un très bon séjour.

Pros: Tutto ottimo. Eccezionale rapporto qualità prezzo. Ottima posizione. Bella camera spaziosa e pulita. Assistenza sempre pronta su whatsapp da parte della efficientissima Mona. Se tornerò a Bangkok tornerò sicuramente qui. Everything excellent. Exceptional value for money. Great location. Beautiful, spacious, and clean room. Assistance always ready on WhatsApp from the very efficient Mona. If I return to Bangkok, I will definitely stay here again.

Pros: Très bonne accessibilité grâce aux indications claires et détaillées reçues de la part de la propriétaire qui a su se rendre disponible à la moindre question ou demande de ma part. La résidence est vraiment bien située, à quelques pas de la station de métro BTS Nana et de la station MRT Sukhumvit. L'accès à la résidence se fait par scan facial ou emprunte digitale pour plus de sécurité. Une piscine extérieure est accessible au 9ème étage, tandis qu'une salle de sport est accessible au 8ème étage. L'appartement en lui-même est bien équipé, avec notamment une machine à laver pour le linge. Rien à redire à ce niveau-là.

Good value in excellent location

Pros: very good location. the room is nice and clean; the pool area is nice and has a nice view

Cons: Housekeeper will come only once a week which can make the room get pretty messy
