KPP Mansion

Pros: 10/10 recommend. Host was waiting on the street for me when I arrived late at night, lost in the dark as a female solo traveller. Room was extremely clean and tidy. Has everything you need - fridge, aircon & fan, very strong wifi, microwave, kettle, bottled water, hot shower. They even kindly dropped off extra bottles of water to my room without having to ask. Had 0 issues with noise - in a nice quiet area, I loved it. Very short walk to 7/11 too.

Lovely, clean, tidy room and friendly owner. But not a hotel, mainly a private residence.

Pros: The owner was very friendly, it was close to the bus stop where I caught the bus to Koh Mak Island Ferry terminal. The room was very clean, tidy and comfortable. Bed and pillows also very comfortable.

Cons: When I arrived I thought I was in the wrong place. It doesn't seem like a hotel, it is mainly a private residence. The owner came to greet me at the taxi but couldn't speak English so I thought he was some random man trying to get my luggage and get me to stay somewhere he owned. The premises is actually mainly permanent residences and beside the room itself the building looks nothing like a hotel. As he was taking me to my room I thought I had made a mistake staying there. But when I got into the room it was lovely! There were Thai residences speaking loudly in the hallway through the night so I had a terrible sleep!

Friendly and helpful people

Pros: The room is spacious, has everything as in the pictures, the staff were very friendly, helpful, more than I expected. No left to the 4th floor, checking in and checking out. The owner personally carried my luggage to the room; they ordered for me a taxi whenever I needed one. The owner even went out of his way to wait till my ride came, putting my luggage in the car

Pros: The bidet broke in the middle of the night sending water throughout the bathroom. Called reception and maintenance was in the room within 10 minutes and quickly replaced it.

Pros: The staff was nice. The room was big and had plenty of facilities. Sometimes you can hear noises at night but our stay was pleasant.

Pros: The room is big and located in a quiet area. It has a big mall and 7 eleven nearby too.

Recommend will consider to stay again if in that area .

Pros: The place is like a dormitory 4 levels high without lifts in a U shape design block . The room is as advertised in the pictures with aircon and an attached bathroom which is outside of the room access via the balcony which has a curtain for you to draw to screen off the balcony from outside. Room was newly renovated and they are in the process of renovating some other rooms to be air conditioned, clean towels , bottles of mineral water , TV has local channels , instant water heater , shampoo and shower cream , has a fridge , microwave , kettle , all in all most appliances are pretty new and place is clean . Wifi works and price is very competitive . Tenants living there are also considerate , no loud noises after 11/12 midnight . Few mins walk away there’s a 7 eleven , and if you are solo Grabbike is just a dollar or two away to the BTS station or bang kapi shopping malls . Reception personnel are very friendly and polite .

Everything was perfect

Pros: everything was very good. The owner and the staff are friendly, the location is close to the airport and has 7-Eleven nearby. There was free water provided. Bed was comfortable and the room had AC. The room was also very very clean.

Pros: I stayed only one night, the room exactly like on the photo, big and comfortable, the staff was kind and helpful, I can recommend it.
