Good option close to the bus terninal Sai Tai Mai.

Pros: Good location in case of going to Sai Tai Mai bus terninal. Our “balcony” was in front of a motorcycle parking but it was quiet most of the time. Toilet small 1 Person at a time, but enough for us. Spacious room and big bed. Old furniture, good fridge and kettle with coffee and tea set. Paid washing machine available, approx 40 Baht

Cons: Far from downtown, approximately 300Baht per way by taxi (car)

Really comfy stay near southern bus station

Pros: Spacious rooms and comfy bed, fantastic shower, friendly staff

Cons: Air con was quite loud so had to keep off to sleep. Motorbike car park outside the room so woken up by people starting vehicles

Cons: The ac fan was on a balcony so there was really hot. Restroom's window was on a balcony side.

Good modern apartment

Pros: The apartment is modern and in a quiet location. It is clean and has everything that you need for a short stay. We had a car, and the apartment had plenty of good parking spaces available.

Cons: The balcony looked onto motorcycle parking.
