Great for Bangkok Local stay

Pros: Nice and clean and spacious, staff lovely downstairs and close to bus stop. I come to Bangkok a lot so I enjoyed staying in a new area, everything is local so I would imagine some tourists would not enjoy the location. I thought it was great though!

Great for shorter and even longer stays.

Pros: Very clean and comfy studio apartment. Comfy bed and quiet location. Close to supermarkets and streetfood. Happy to visit again!

Cons: Nothing to complain about.

Clean, comfortable, a perfect stay for 2 days or 2 months!!

Pros: We were so impressed by how clean, comfortable, and well equipped this place was. The building had more of a “long-term apartments” type feel, and we certainly could have seen ourselves staying longer than 2 nights here! The bed was comfy, air con was powerful, fridge was large, and the bathroom was especially nice and clean with a great shower. It’s slightly tucked away down a quiet street, but there’s plenty of 7-elevens and a handful of nice restaurants and food spots nearby, and Chatuchak Market and the surrounding activities were only about a 30 minute walk away.

Cons: Apart from a slight lack of options for dinner restaurants (as far as we could tell), we had absolutely no complaints with the accommodation itself and had a really enjoyable comfortable stay!

Pros: The room itself was very nice, it's very bright and it's got lots of space. The check-in process was smooth and easy.

Pros: This is definitely a great place perfect for up to 2 persons only, the room is neat and clean for my 2 nights stay. Nearby there is some roadside stall for your interest to try the local food. A 24 hour 7 eleven is within 5 minutes walking distance, good for replenish and purchase of your necessity. Highly recommended for solo or 2 travellers accommodation choice.

Cons: Suggest to offer water bottles for customer. A little bit poor sound proof, can hear people walking across the corridor.

Pros: 明るく清潔で、とても快適な滞在先でした。 お部屋には冷凍庫付きの冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、電気コンロ、食器、カトラリー、鍋やフライパンなどの調理器具が一通りそろっており、食器用洗剤やスポンジも備えてありました。ゴミ袋はリクエストするとすぐに届けてくれました。ヘアドライヤーとスチームアイロンもあり、とても便利でした。シャワーもすぐにお湯が出て快適で、アメニティはシャンプーとボディジェルが用意されています。 アパートタイプの宿で、中長期滞在にもぴったりです。困ったことがあってもメッセージを送るとすぐに返信してくれて、問題はすぐ解決できました。フロントデスクはありませんが、オートロックのしっかりしたシステムで安心して過ごせました。 Grab（タイのUber Eats）の配達もよく来ていて、入口には受け取り用のスペースがあります。私たちも利用しましたが、とても便利でした。 共有スペースは明るく、食事や勉強ができる落ち着いた空間で、静かに時間が流れていました。セブンイレブンでコーヒーを買い、そこでゆっくり過ごすのも心地よかったです。館内にはジムもあります。 常駐の女性スタッフさんはタイ語のみでしたが、とても親切であたたかく、私たちの滞在をより快適にしてくれました。 周辺環境も静かで治安が良く、近くには屋台が並んでいて、魚・豚・鶏など美味しい料理が楽しめます。レストランに行かなくても満足できる食事が取れましたし、屋台の方々も皆さん優しかったです。セブンイレブンもすぐ近くにあり、フルーツや飲み物も気軽に買えてとても便利でした。

Cons: •食事をする際、部屋のテーブルがやや使いにくかったこと。 ・調理時に換気扇がなく、窓を開けて換気する必要があったこと（料理をしなければ特に問題ありません）。 ・Netflixは観られましたが、Wi-Fiの電波が弱いのか、時々途切れることがありました。 ・最寄り駅からは少し距離がありました。

Pros: Хозяин постоянно на связи, очень доброжелателен и отзывчив. Попросили дополнительный стул, нам сразу принесли. Удобная бесконтактная система заселения. В комнате чисто,уютно. Мебель вся новая Всё есть необходимое. Напротив отеля неплохая кофейня. Вдоль улицы два магазина 7 - Ellevan, много макашниц.

Cons: Было бы неплохо иметь в комнате веник,совок и швабра с ведром

Pros: My favorite place I’ve ever stayed in Bangkok, love the balcony access and how clean and bright this place is. Almost feels like a secret spot I don’t want to share because of how good it felt.

Cons: Not really complaints but wish there are cups provided

Value for money with a lot of food choices in the vicinity

Pros: Strong AC , laundromat and filtered water supply next door

Cons: I find the mattress too firm
