A great stay at this place!

Pros: The location was great and the view from the room was fantastic. A few mins walk to the malls and BTS. The house was spacious and generally clean, the beds were comfortable and there was a huge bathtub which the kids enjoyed. There is a washing machine and some drying racks too, so we didn't have to spend extra money to get our clothes cleaned.

Cons: Some of the bathroom fittings were loose (e.g. the corner rack for toiletries, small shower head) and looked like they will drop off soon. The air con was quite noisy at night.

Great apartment - would highly recommend

Pros: Great accommodation, very spacious, centrally located and has all the facilities you would want - would highly recommend. The apartment is located on the 24th floor so you get great panoramic views of the city.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Location was great. Within walking distance to many malls. V accessible to bts..security staff v helpful

Cons: TV was hard to handle. No instruction booklet. Language in Chinese. Although owner was v nice to try to resolve problem, would have liked instruction manual

Pros: Great location, residence is connected to hotel with all services. Apartment is great with a lot of space and 2 bathrooms. 2 mins to BTS.

Super !

Pros: Wonderful owner, always solved problems. The apartment is very beautiful and big! There is everything you need for your stay. There are many shops and a BTS station nearby. Gorgeous view from the windows. Especially in the bathroom. The pool is open 24 hours a day and there is a sauna. The staff is just great. Thank you for your hospitality.

Superb location, spacious apartment

Pros: Superb location, it is within 2-3mins walking distance to Chit Lom BTS station. The neighbourhood has many high end hotels. There are a few massage places around, which is good. Stayed during NYE, was able to see fireworks from the apartment balcony - big plus! :) The apartment looks exactly like the photos, very spacious. The host replies promptly to my messages and able to offer help.

Cons: Found 2 cockroaches inside the 2nd bedroom on my first day... apart from that, it is clean. The diamonds on the sofa can be quite uncomfortable to sit on. Can consider adding a clock in the living room so guests can check the time easily.

Very strategic located and value for money

Pros: Very nice property. The people are friendly and helpful. Kept close communication with us and providing timely updates on the property and arrangements. Place is very strategic located to shopping centres and BTS station. Very convenient.

Cons: They do not clean up the place daily. Hence it will be messy if your intended stay is longer.
