Pros: Beautiful clean modern apartment, beautiful pool and gym , perfectly located next to bts phrom pong station , and with washing machine made it perfect, security guard couldn't do enough for us , what a great guy , 100 % recommend and will be featured on our utube channel

Competent, efficient, as advertised, pleasant, a little pricey

Pros: Clean, comfortable, everything worked ( fridge, aircon, kettle, etc ), totally Japanese block of flats, staff very pleasant, excellent pool and fitness centre, child friendly, good location.

Cons: You can always improve minor things, but they are minor ! Everything was fine, but it's pricey - there's a lot of competition at this level...

Pros: Very well located just of Sukhumvit Road. Near enough to the bars, restaurants and nightlife for getting to, but far enough away from the noise. Staff are amazing. Very helpful and friendly. Help you with everything.

Pros: スクンビットからソイを少し入ったところで、どこへ行くにも便利で食べるところもたくさんあった。洗濯物干し場があったのでよく乾いた。部屋にドライヤーはなかったが、受付で借りることができた。

Cons: サービスアパートなので、掃除やバスタオルの洗濯を自分でしなければならなかった。ハンドタオル、ティッシュペーパー、洗濯用洗剤、ハンドウォッシュは無かった。シャンプーはあるか、トリートメントはなかった。トイレットペーパーも予備が1つしか無かったので、自分で買い足した。カードキーが一枚しかないので別行動の時に困った。カードキーは自分の部屋の階しか止まらず、屋上にあるプールやジムなどの施設は使えなかった。トゥクトゥクサービスもレヂデンスオンリーで、ビジターは使えないと言われた。
