The location is killer - shopping and food options are everywhere. The room itself is spacious and impressively clean. I love the digital lock system, which adds an extra layer of security. The air conditioning is top-notch, keeping the space nice and cool. Kitchen facilities are fully equipped, and you've got everything you need - washing machine, fridge, and all the basic amenities. It's basically like a home away from home, but with that cool condo vibe. Perfect for concert lover at Impact Arena, or anyone wanting a comfortable, no-fuss stay in the area. Totally recommended! 👌🏼🏠

Cons: While the condo is great, it's not without its challenges. Parking is a bit of a hassle - you'll likely need to park at the Cosmo parking area, which means a bit of a walk and extra time. Elevator situation is less than ideal - one elevator is out of service, so you'll need to factor in some extra time when heading out to concerts or events. It can be a bit of a pain, especially if you're in a rush. The Wi-Fi is pretty weak too. Signal seems to be pretty poor, probably due to some dead zones in the building. Internet can be a bit sluggish, which might be frustrating if you're trying to share concert moments or anything. So while the location is killer, these little inconveniences might test your patience. Still recommend it, but go in with realistic expectations!
