Nice small apartment and great location.

Pros: Great location, easy access to BTS train. Seven Eleven is a short walking distance away in the W District area which has lots of food options in the evening. Walking to the main road, it’s best and safer to use the new building next door pathway which is a few steps up around the corner from the exit of the property car entrance, as the side road which the property is on is used by locals to get short motorbike rides from the main road and gets very busy especially in the evening. The bed and pillows were firm and comfortable. A hover is provided, which allowed the place to be kept clean, a steamer device, for easy use for ironing. There is also a washing machine for a quick wash of clothes if needed and a drying frame in the balcony. The property has a lift and also has easy access with a card which the host representative provided upon arrival. The host was very helpful and supportive for any query and can be easily contacted over WhatsApp. I would stay at this property again.

Cons: You will need to either bring or easily get basic toiletries from Seven Eleven as none are provided in the apartment. The water pressure in the shower is not great as other reviewers have noted but you can have a basic shower. There is sometimes a sewage type smell and I found flushing the toilet a few times dealt with that.

Quiet and charming

Pros: Very friendly reception despite our late arrival, the apartment has everything you could need! The view from the balcony is very cute, you could watch life happen from there.. Conveniently close to the BTS

Cons: Maybe a bit further away from the sights than we thought. Otherwise the place is fantastic

Good but could be better

Pros: The location is good, only few minutes to the BTS station, and 7 stops to the central of Bangkok with all the shopping malls and busy streets. The host was friendly and helpful.

Cons: There's an access to the balcony, however, there is no blind to cover the glass door, and you can see everything outside and vice versa. The toilet is pretty dark, especially the shower cubicle.
