Extremely happy for the price
Pros: Was really quite good considering everything. It's not luxury, but I wasn't expecting it to be nor was it pretending to be. Air conditioning, private room and bathroom, fridge. At this price I was extremely happy. The location was pretty good for essentials and connecting to buses and trains.
Cons: Going through the restaurant was a little unclear, but once I worked it out it was fine. Road noise, but that's to be expected.

Very good value for money, with clean facilities, tidy bedroom and comfortable stay. The good price comes with the downs
Pros: Very good value for a double bed and clean bedroom, facilities where all tidy, clean and worked perfectly. The air conditioning unit was great and the bed was comfortable.
Cons: No wardrobe, but there was coat hanger and a peg to hang two or three items. The location was a little far from both airports and a little tricky to find but close enough to the nightlife in the Khao San area.

Best staff and owners ever! Even got a free ride
Pros: In five years of nonstop travel across 40+ countries, I can honestly say this place has the kindest, most genuine staff I’ve ever met. They treat you like family from the moment you arrive not just polite, but truly caring. The rooms? Spotless. Easily the cleanest I’ve stayed in, with every detail taken care of. And for the price, this is without doubt the best deal you’ll find anywhere. If you want comfort, warmth, and value all in one, this is it.

Pros: I'm quite satisfied with my stay at Chubby 9. The place is nice, neat and clean. The white decor is comforting and cozy. It's completely ensuite therefore you'll have a lot of privacy. It's a few minutes walk from Sirindhorn metro station and there's a 7-11 very close by which is good. My favorite part about my stay is that the owner / host is nice and very responsive, he responded to my queries very fast which is very important. Would recommend.

Pros: the apartment was super small but cozy with a decent sized bathroom, the bed and pillows were veryy comfy and clean. the hot water shower & air conditioner worked great! there's a small fridge with water and a desk with a hair dryer in the room and a tiny balcony also. the entrance is through Chubby 9 restaurant and up the stairs. even after the restaurant is closed you're still able to come and go as you please anytime you want and they leave the light on outside for you too. turn left and walk for about 5 minutes to get to 7-11 or 10 minutes to get to the MRT 😊
Cons: there's no double or chain lock on the door, maybe adding one will help customers feel a little more secure as the doorknobs where a little wobbly and worn out.🥲 also there's no bathroom sink 🧐 but a faucet near the floor in the bathroom you could use to wash your hands or brush your teeth 😅

Excellent value
Pros: I have no idea how a place can be this cheap in such a good location. Room is good, clean, fresh bed sheets. Shower works well. Walking distance from MRT metro. Good food options nearby or in the cafe downstairs.
Cons: For the price i cant complain. Just know the single room doesn't have a sink in the bathroom. Also, beware of ants.

Lovely, would definitely come back.
Pros: The room was very clean and I was able to get a nice warm shower in. I overslept a bit and they didn’t push me to get out but it was requested nicely.
Cons: The location is a bit further away but there is plenty of nice restaurants around.

Great value for money. Perfect for 1 person and a short stay, if you dont need a kitchen.
Pros: It has a mini fridge, small table and chair, cupboards and clean private bathroom. It was close to the pier which is convenient boat transport. It was also near the MRT train station.
Cons: There’s no sink in the bathroom. The area is dark, not s lot happening but you can walk to the train station.
