Pros: Everything is well-thought, the owner even has a map explaining the location for taxi drivers in details. The flat is completely renewed.

Cons: The building seems and feels a little unsafe, yet there are two or three security guards.

Beautifully authentic stay, highly recommend

Pros: Loved everything about this stay, location, the people, the comfort, the price but most of all Egg who looked after us so well. It's so hard to find places in Thailand that offer two separate rooms, let alone two very spacious rooms. Just outside the apartment building are two 7-elevens and the local markets, you will never go hungry. The people who live in the area are very sweet and kind, we never had an issue during our stay. There is also a laundromat just downstairs so you can wash and dry your clothes

Pros: Mr. Somkid is an amazing person, when you are welcomed by such a kind person you always feel at home. Everything was perfectly explained. The apartment is very nice and has everything you need for a wonderful stay. We had a wonderful time in Bangkok that I will always remember. The surroundings are also very good and there is access to absolutely everything you need. The people are amazing there. I fell in love with Bangkok. Thank you again for everything.

Taste the life of locals and stay within reach of the city centre.

Pros: Din Daeng area is an ideal choice for those who want to escape the noisy city centre overcrowded with tourists. At the same time it's well positioned in the wider city not far from 2 metro/train stations of the line heading to BKK airport. The host is a well organised gentleman keeping the apartment perfectly maintained, equipped and clean, very helpful and friendly. Contact him prior to your arrival as the place is not easy to find at first, but all assistance provided. Food market and two 7/11 shops in the immediate neighbourhood. Small park right under your windows and marvellous views to a panorama of modern Bangkok (Rama IX quarter) as a bonus.

Clean apartment with very helpful host.

Pros: This is an apartment in a residential block so great for anyone who wants to be among Thai people rather than a very touristy area. It’s on the 8th floor with a lift so great views of the city. The host was extremely helpful, ordering us a taxi, getting a good price and getting up very early in the morning to come down and make sure we got the taxi. It was clean and had little extras like toothpaste and a comb.

Pros: Mr sunkid is very kind and humble,he helped us with finding the location of the property and also greeted us like family.The appartment was very clean and comfortable.We will surely come and stay here again.Thank you

Pros: Owner very nice and helpful. Quiet area. Air con excellent. Small market just outside complex to buy fruit and veg. Has toilet paper and cleaning products. Plates, small cups, glasses and cutlery. Friendly people, who are all local Thais. Would recommend if you want to be away from the tourist areas

Cons: No stove top only microwave, so no pots and pans. 30 mins walk to metro, which takes you to centre. Grab is more convenient to use.

Pros: Really nice apartment in a more local neighbourhood. But you must love walking, learning to use the local public transport or using Bolt (or similar) apps. The apartment itself was nice, clean and the owner very friendly and supplied us with a map of the direct neighbourhood and also advised us a place to get a piece of clothing repaired.
