Pros: we had some trouble with the hot water on the first day, but the host replied quickly and guided us through the solution, which we appreciated.

Cons: on the last day, we noticed a lot of ants near the bed, which could be improved.

Pros: Very good location, Right in the heart of Chinatown. Many good eateries nearby.

Cons: Lack of combinis nearby, might need to walk several blocks for that.

Great value and location

Pros: Great location, close to china town, the MRT and plenty of cafes and restaurants. Never used them but the games room and the rooftop area was nice.

Cons: No elevator could be a problem for some people and the rooms only bathroom is part of one of the bedrooms making it a bit inconvenient at times.

Pros: Great location and size of the appartment. The bed was not so comfortable though plus the noises from street even with earplugs was too high at some moments during the night. Other than than it was a good stay. Recommended to those staying in Chinatown.

Lovely cosy place well provided

Pros: Great location. Spacious accomodation. Good facilities provided. Close to train station.

Cons: No easy means to get to top floor other than climbing 4 flights of stairs to Room 3. However i was pre-warned about it during booking so it was acceptable.

Pros: smooth check in process responsive host - reactive and always ready to help and guide very accommodating host as well room is big and clean bed is comfy would be a great addition to have chair and table (maybe ashtray in the balcony) like the restaurant in front, really good padkrapao totally recommend it

Cons: quite busy road, expect some noise. but didnt bother me as much. grab driver were struggling to see the door, it is kinda blending with the others buildings.

A great stay close to Bangkok's China Town!

Pros: A great stay close to Bangkok's China Town. The owner was very helpful as another friend of my group arrived first and had to receive the keys on my behalf. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Good value in general for Bangkok.

Cons: The apartment was on the 4th floor of the building and no elevator is available. The luggage have to be move through a narrow stair case. Thankfully a paying service is available to help with that. The bedroom / bathroom layout is a bit weird / inconvenient as well.
