Great facilities

Pros: Great apt, very nice owner, Supplied cooking utensils on request. Had two bathrooms, two balconies and four beds and was very convenient. car parking was right outside the building. Cons: They asked for 500 bahts security deposit in cash when we were checking in. we were leaving very early the next day by 7:00 AM so we had to remember to ask them to return it back to us. they went up checked and then returned the money. it was a bit of a hassle.

Pros: Excellent value for money. The room was very clean and the staff really helpful.

Cons: The bed was quite uncomfortable. There's also no lift in case anyone has a lot of luggage, although the staff helped us carry it.

Cons: Only thing that I wanna comment is.... the shower gel and shampoo, it smell like dish washer 😰.

Pros: Staff and owner are very kind and generous. Facilities are all useful with good quality. Need anything, just ask the house keeper.

Cons: I expect to have an indoor motorbike park. It's rainy season. Btw, the current parking lot I use is quite good because I can see my vehicle through the balcony.

Pros: Very nice owner and employees. Good location 2 7-eleven nearby, yellow line bts in 15 minutes on foot. Nice clean rooms, common kitchen, laundromat. You got everything you need for leaving at a good price. I recommend)

Pros: Наличие паркинг, близость магазина 7/11, близость местных домашних кафе. Размер номера и наличие двух спален и трех санузлов. Наличие кухни в номере и на первом этаже апартаментов. Вежливый персонал. Большие кровати. Тишина в номере ночью.

Cons: Пыль в санузлах, которая проникает через окна.
