Pros: Excellent location, very good value for money compared to decent hotels

Pros: Proximity to the main street woth a lot of shops and restaurant, well equiped apartment

Cons: There was an invasion of ants, AC was very noisy with very strong blowing

Pros: We had a wonderful stay and would like to especially appreciate Manager Suchart, who was extremely forthcoming, sweet, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. His welcoming attitude and willingness to assist at every step made our stay very comfortable and memorable. The overall service was excellent, and the staff was courteous and attentive. Thanks to Suchart and the team, our experience exceeded expectations. We would happily recommend this place and look forward to staying again.

Pros: We stayed in the apartment for 3 nights and it was very comfortable and felt like home. The lounge was specious, the beds were comfortable, the apartment located on a quiet street, walking distance to public transport, 7-eleven, cafes, gardens, and night markets. The building was a swimming pool and gym, and a security guard 24/7. It was very quick and to check-in and out, and we could leave our suitcases after checking out until we had to leave for the airport. Plenty of tuk tuk drivers waiting on the same street for short commutes. The communication with the host was very efficient, we were provided with all the required information ahead of time and any issues with the apartment were dealt quickly.

Cons: If using taxi or Bolt, during rush hours it's quite hard to get into the apartment street, since there is access from one main road, which is very busy. It's not a problem if using public transport.

Pros: The unit itself is well built and has great Air Conditioning and Fast Internet. I was able to clock 200 to 300 MBps consistently. Beds are comfortable. Amenities were up to date and had everything needed.

Cons: The building. Location is good but not great. If the same unit was available with all amenities available in this unit, it would have justified the cost. Having a grab come to the location is also a big challenge. The location being so central has its demerits of being in a narrow street.

Pros: We came at night, but it was easy to get the key. Room were located close to the shops and restaurants. Rooms were spacious and so nice!

Pros: Beautiful apartment, very spacious with air conditioning in every room. Generous amount of toiletries/coffee/washing liquids. Beautiful pool and a gym with enough equipment to manage a decent workout.

Pros: The apartment is very modern with unique decor that reminded me of a bee hive, or my imaginative assumptions as to what a “fancy bee apartment” would look like - if you’ve ever seen The Bee Movie. Security staff were very lovely.

Cons: It needed more places to dry washing and the golf cart, and how to use it, wasn’t explained thoroughly. We knew it existed, we knew it’s hours of use, but not how to book it or how far it is willing to take us. It may have saved us a thousand baht over the period of the week in grab/tuk tuk had we known from the beginning. This is minor, the apartment is fabulous regardless of this.
