Excellent value

Pros: It is a really nice apartment, modern, very spacious, clean and had everything we needed plus more than expected. Exceeded our expectations. There is a second shower & toilet also.. especially good to have being that the apartment is split level. Felt very secure. Good quiet location opposite beautiful park, street food ally, restaurants, seven 11, 5-15 min walk to bus/train. Tuktuks easy from chatachuk park or walk 20 mins. Note - need own hdmi cable/usb stick to use projector

Cons: Beds firm ..normal for thailand, not as hard as some. Keep food in fridge or it will attract tiny ant brigade upstairs. They won't be a problem if you do that.

Lovely and peaceful place near JJ Market, clean, cozy, and felt like home

Pros: The room was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. It looked exactly like the photos. The space felt spacious and comfortable with everything we needed for a short stay. The location was great, very close to BTS and Chatuchak Market but still quiet and peaceful at night. Communication with the host was super easy. Chanipa was friendly, quick to respond, and gave clear check-in instructions. It really felt like a home away from home.

Cons: Nothing much. The stairs are a bit steep, but that’s normal for a duplex and not a problem at all.At first, I was a bit confused because I saw an old review saying they couldn’t find the place, but from my experience everything was completely fine. I think it might have been a system or map error at that time, because I found it easily and everything went smoothly.
