Cozy Private Family Apartment in Bangkok CBD Silom-Sathorn - 240m to BTS Saint Louis

Pros: Great place in a prime location! Very clean, quiet, and incredibly close to the BTS, 7-Eleven, and restaurants. It’s super easy to get to all the tourist spots from here. The owner was very responsive, helpful, and kind. I would definitely stay here again!

This is my first time travel in Thailand. I am so lucky to have such considerate landlord.

Pros: I had a really pleasant stay here! The unit was super clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with complete amenities that made me feel right at home. I really appreciated the complimentary snacks and bottled water, a thoughtful touch that shows great attention to detail. The host was amazing, very proactive and friendly, checking in daily to make sure we were enjoying our stay and even sharing local recommendations that made our trip better.

Cons: The only minor downside is that the room is on the 4th floor with no lift, but honestly, for the price and overall experience, it’s fantastic value for money. The location is also very convenient just a short walk to BTS Saint Louis and a 7/11 store nearby. Would definitely recommend this place to my friends and would love to stay here again next time I’m in Bangkok!

Pros: Ubicación genial, piso con terraza y lavadora. El host es muy amable. El aire acondicionado funciona perfectamente. Quedamos muy contentos con el piso e intentaremos repetir si volvemos a bkk.

Cons: Немного смущал в туалете запах канализации и пару раз видели таракана. Просто надо организовать ежедневный вынос мусора, иначе они будут собираться в мусоре.

Pros: Nos gustó el trato y la respuesta desde el primer momento, la ubicación está genial y una zona tranquila y bien comunicada. El apartamento bastante acogedor.

Cons: No hay una recepción, pero es fácil de entrar y de salir con las indicaciones.

The location is in the city center, just a few minutes’ walk to BTS Saint Louis, with convenience stores and many restaurants nearby, while still being in a quiet area. Check-in and check-out were smooth. The owner was very kind and helpful, and also shared useful local tips during the stay. Would definitely recommend this place.
