Pros: Friendly staff and really nice room for the price. The beds are a bit hard but that's almost everywhere.
Cons: The elevator doesn't work and I had to walk up to 5th floor with my luggage.

Pros: I stayed because I was attending a concert in Rajamangala. Really liked the proximity to the Stadium. Took me around 15 mins even with peak traffic. The pricing was reasonable, the room and washroom was clean. There's wifi available in each floor as well. The staff tried to help despite me not knowing Thai. The food available downstairs was pretty good as well. Will definitely be choosing this stay next time there's a concert in town.
Cons: Only downside would be that there was no air conditioning and lift. But I'm not too picky about both as it is the norm to walk a lot and it was not that hot in June.

My new favorite place for the long term stay
Pros: Clean, quiet, fast wifi, warm shower, towel, free laundry, free drinking water, fridge, microwave, kettle, near 7 11, shopping mall, not too far from BTS and airport link, cheaper monthly rent and pretty much perfect. I only wish there are AC rooms even at a higher price.
Cons: There are no kitchen tools. No fork, knife, not even a single plate, sponge or washing liquid. There is no place to eat nearby at night, and I need to eat at home so I bought my own bowl and stuff.

you get what you paid for
Pros: clean, simple, it offers almost everything I need. plenty space. 5th floor gave me chance to work out.
Cons: The bed seems to have wheels underneath. Or there is too much wax on the floor, making the bed slide easily. The bed's structure also feels very fragile. At the entrance of the alley is the city's main road and an elevated highway, which is very noisy at night. No A/C (it's in hotel's describtion though), If you can tolerate sleeping in a stuffy environment, it's worthy.
