River View Residence

Pros: The room was clean and had enough space for us. The breakfast and bar views are amazing of the river. Location was close to the ferries so we could easily go to the temples and iconsiam mall just using the ferries. Staff was very friendly at reception and the restaurant. Breakfast was good - fruit, cereals, eggs, traditional Thai options.

Cons: The bathroom needed a bit of an upgrade but everything worked and was clean. Our room didn't face the river so the view was the back of other buildings which didn't really bother us since the restaurant had a great view.

Pros: Excellent location, the area is becoming very smart and gentrified

Cons: The towel's are getting a bit thread bare

Pros: Breakfast could have been better . Coffee was Lousy. We brought our one. One Elevator was often used by staff especially in the Morning . Otherwise recommendable Place. Excellent views.

Pros: Close to Chinese town, close to the river. It was ok.

Pros: Great location love the neighbourhood which is artsy and quirky. Only 15 min walk to China Town. Lovely huge rooms and comfortable beds. Amazing view from the rooftop terrace. Will be back next year.

Cons: Shower pressure was very bad.

Pros: They have really tidied up and made a fabulous hotel in what has become a super hip riverside quarter. The hotel is clean, well-serviced and quirky. Great views over the big wide river obviously a major plus.

Cons: Rooftop night drinks and snacks quite pricey.

Comfortable and practical hotel in one of Bangkok’s most interesting neighborhoods.

Pros: Nice hotel in the Talat Noi area, located in a great neighborhood with lots of character and very close to Chinatown. The hotel is simple, clean, and comfortable, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. A good base for exploring this part of Bangkok.

Cons: Everything works well, but adding some style would really elevate the experience.

Pros: Great location, exceptional staff in all parts of the residence. The restaurant was great - what a view! Thank you for letting us stay an extra night when our flights home were cancelled.

a delightful stay, full of memories

Pros: i had a lovely overnight stay, full of memories because i first started staying at what was then river view guest house in the 1990s (when i think a balcony room without bathroom was THB400). the room upgrade is tasteful and i appreciated having an en suite bathroom. i intend to stay again at river view on my next visit to bangkok.

Cons: the reception staff are efficient but i think some of them could be friendlier.

It was very well located in an upcoming and quaint part of Bangkok Chinatown

Pros: The location, the rooftop bar/restaurant, the view were all great.

Cons: I was in room 606 and the led light behind the bathroom mirror was not working and therefore the bathroom was a bit dark. I did ask for it to be fixed but it was not. To be fair, I was there over the weekend.
