Great rooms in the separate building

Pros: Really nice place close to the busy streets but down a quiet side street. Spacious pretty and comfortable rooms with aircon. We were in a different building a few doors down so I’m not sure if there were any facilities in the main building. Kind woman who took us to our rooms. Would definitely stay in those rooms again!

Cons: The shower was over the toilet which was a bit strange but it was hot and powerful so not really a problem for a quick shower! Kettle provided but no coffee or tea. We were a bit confused who was staff when we walked into the main building, it had more of a hostel vibe there so we were glad to be in a separate area and not have to go through.

Pros: (1) AC in the room (2) Large and comfy room (3) Mini-fridge in the room (4) Water boiler in the room (5) Balcony where you can hang clothes (6) Lamps and hanger

Cons: Bathroom is very small, only negative thing.

Pros: We had a wonderful room with a lovely balcony. Everything was there to make us feel comfortable. The surrounding area, with its narrow streets and friendly locals, was just right for us to experience relaxing days in Bangkok :)

Pros: Great quiet location close to Khao san road, loved the accomodatoon

Great stay

Pros: Perfect location for exploring the city: close to the boat station, walkable, and with buses available. A very lively and pleasant neighborhood with cute cafés and restaurants. The host was kind and helpful, the room spotless and comfortable, with a nice little balcony. The room also had a small fridge and a kettle. The bathroom is shared but clean and well maintained.

Cons: Mosquitoes were a bit annoying at first, but I used mosquito repellent and everything was fine.

Pros: Great location, easy check in. Clean and comfortable. Mostly quiet

Cons: The Thai lady always loudly on the phone for ages at 12-1am ish right behind the room.

Great value for money

Pros: I loved the kindness of the host and unique experience in great locations near to many attractions & river :)

Cons: Bathroom was very small to shower in right over toilet and It was quite noisy at points of the stay but all bearable

Best place near Khaosan Road

Pros: This is our favorite accommodation in the whole of Bangkok. The rooms are beautiful with lots of surface space and storage. Aircon if you want it. Opening windows with fly screens. Hot water in the shower, and very good wifi. Owners very helpful and friendly. Location is excellent, close to everything but nice and quiet.

Pros: Was lovely budget accomodation. Very simple, but I thought very clean and efficient. The lady was lovely and let us leave our bags on the last day which was amazing. We got in late and had trouble finding the building (it is a bit hidden!) but she found us and checked us in. After that we were all good and was a fun little spot and much easier to navigate once you know where you are. I would recommend for someone wanting simple clean budget accomodation to get to know the area in Bangkok. Thank you 😊

Cons: Nothing, the bathroom is small but everything worked as it should. Also for the price it is no problem.
