Pros: Very friendly staff, they do their best for a good welcome and stay, thank you. The location is central old town. All facilities at door. Laundry in front. The room at the top of the house has a terrace , with a fridge, great at night. The shower cubicle separated from the wc, was appreciated.

Pros: The family who run this property are so kind and attentive. It’s in a perfect location for a first visit to Bangkok. The breakfast is great. Good coffee, option of toast with fried eggs/omelette and fresh fruit. The rooms are spacious with massive bathrooms which is lovely. Don’t expect fancy, it’s simple but all you need and the beds well comfortable. Highly recommend

Cons: Only minor criticism would be not having proper curtains/blinds on the windows in the bedroom but actually got used to this very quickly and meant the room was bright.

Pros: The facility met all our expectations. The owner was very helpful, there was no problem with late check-in. I would be happy to stay there again.

Pros: Everything was great - I was travelling with my family, we have been twice to this place and both times everything was fine. Location - great, close to great food, Khao San, main attractions and 7eleven. Breakfast modest but tasty and prepared with due care by a lovely lady. I would love to stay one more time in future.

Charming rustic guesthouse in a fantastic location

Pros: Charming rustic guesthouse in a fantastic location, not too busy but very close to lots of great eateries and sightseeing. The area was safe and walkable and rewards exploration. Staff were helpful and friendly (thanks again Nan!). Communication was exceptional, with the owner proactively reaching out via WhatsApp. Really impressed by the check-in instructions, including a walkthrough video! Air con was efficient if a tiny bit noisy. Room was comfortable and clean. Loved the private open terrace. Breakfast on the street was a treat. We'd stay again.

Cons: Steep narrow stairs, which could be an issue for some guests. Of course there's nothing the property can do to change that. :)

Pros: The host was super! Very, very dedicated and helpful. We were really impressed by her attitude. The room was nice. Breakfast was great. We were very satisfied with the stay. The location of the host was great too. It takes some time to figure out how to travel. We used bus, taxi and boat.
