A cozy and private space, perfect for short & long term stays.

Pros: Loved the property, so calm and clean. The housekeeper Julian was a sweet and prompt guy. Anything I needed was available almost immediately. BTS station is about 4/5mins walk. 7/11 a min and a really nice salon right opposite to the stay. Almost everything is available in the vicinity.

Clean and modern

Pros: The accommodation is very clean and modern, centrally located, and very reasonably priced.

Cons: There were no housekeeping services provided during my stay.

Clean, comfortable and great customer service!

Pros: We had a slight emergency (after leaving the room (and key) we realised that we left important papers, that we needed for an appointment, back inside) and we contacted the property and within 30 minutes someone came and helped out. That was a life saver! For that alone we would give 5 stars! The room was clean, quiet, big enough and we would def. book again!

Great location, helpful host & good value for money.

Pros: Very helpful host who communicated promptly and allowed early access on arrival which was very helpful and I was grateful for. As per the pictures, the property was as expected. The bed was hard as others have described, but very comfortable for me. The shower was decent and with good pressure, the host provides basic toiletries which was nice. The location is great, in a quiet cul-de-sac so there is no noise of the busy city and its a 5-7 min walk to a BTS (Thong Lor) or another BTS (Phrom Phong) a few minutes in the other opposite direction. There is a great breakfast restaurant across the road called Hungry Pack which I used every day, and a 7/Eleven 2 mins walk away to get anything you may need. I would stay here again.

Cons: The kitchen area is a bit outdated and the shelve falling off, not something I needed to use anyway. There were some very loud guests in the next room one night who were talking loud and shouting until late, so I had to knock on the door to ask them politely to be considerate of others, luckily they compiled. There is no lift but the nice guy who is often at the property was very helpful in carrying my suitcase up to the third floor where my room was.

Pros: Clean, comfortable, nice personnel, access to kitchenette.

Cons: You have to disconnect and move around the microwave to have hot water. TV not connected and cannot be watched. Shower sending water all around the bathroom floor. Its slippery to access the sink.

Cons: The room had no window, only light from the roof - it didn't bother us as we stayed only two nights and weren't there during the day
