Excellent choice for value.

Pros: There are plenty of local eateries nearby. Massage parlors, hair saloon (you name it, everything is nearby). MRT station Sutthisan (Exit 3) is only 2 minutes walking distance from the property. I will surely come back to this property. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Cons: No laundry service neayby.

Pros: The location just a minute to MRT blue line station (sutthisan) and lots of food stall and 7/11 nearby.

Cons: I cant think of any bcoz we love it. Definitely we will stay there again to our next visit in thailand.
