Pros: The hotel is clean, our room was big and the bed was really comfortable. Staff was kind and really proactive also to organize our check-in at best. The location is also really good, less than 10 min walking from areas with shops, restaurants and bars.

Pros: The rooms were clean, there was a kitchen and drinkable water, could even use the gym and the roof top view was great. The owner was very easy to contact on WhatsApp and allowed us to check-in early and leave our luggage in the storage.

Pros: Great new room, has gym and rooftop, welcoming owner, clean bathroom, nice cozy kitchen

Cons: Place next to the road, sometimes noisy, but ok overall. Bed was too hard as for me. I had no bathroom in the room, but common one was clean and nice

Pros: The owner is very accommodating and courteous. I highly recommend this accommodation for those spending their vacation as a group it is worth value for the budget. Also it is near from the temples and a shopping center just a few muintes away.

Cons: What I didn't like is the smell of the blanket but other than that was so good. And of you don't eat pork you have to inform the owner so they will serve you halal food

Nice place to stay in BKK

Pros: My room has so much space. I didn't realize I'll share the bathroom when I booked, but the bathroom it always clean. The location is very good and it is easy to take the BTS. The owner was so kind and helped me with everything I needed. I had a very good rest there.
