Bangkok Sanookdee Hostel

Great place!!!

Pros: The owner is extremely sympathetic and eager to please her guests. She was available anytime and gave us many great tips. Overall, the place was very clean, matched the description perfectly, and even exceeded our expectations. I definitely recommend it

Pros: The hostel lies 5 minutes walk from BTS Thongburi, and 1 stop from Iconsiam, which was what we wanted. There is a Seven by the BTS and several eateries in the soy back of the hostel. The private room is tiny, and the bathroom is shared, but there were no other customers, so it was like we had the whole place for us. The reception area is beautifully decorated, there is free coffee and toaster and a microwave. There are also washing machines in the premises. The staff is very friendly and super helpful. Very smooth and easy communication.

Pros: Lovely and friendly host who really helped me (I had to reschedule and she adapted kindly), very good communication. Cute, cosy,.comfy, and super clean place. Felt at home even if it was a really short stay!

Pros: Location very close to train station. Took around an hour to travel here by public transport from the airport. We were the only ones here so ended up being very private! Good value for money. Host is very kind and attentive.

Great location, and good room for price

Pros: It was great location and really close to the mall which is exactly what we wanted. The owner was fantastic and maintained great communication. We checked in really late and checked out really early so we never got to interact with her but she was very friendly and even stored our luggage for us.

Cons: The location is out the way and hidden and often wrong in the maps when the address is put in which confused our Grab driver a lot.

Good location for BTS

Pros: Good location for BTS. We was alone, so had the place mainly or ourselves (5 in family). Pricelevel was low. We got fresh fruit. Had everything we needed except pool (but it was lovely rain outside (low season)).

Cons: I like softer beds, but beds was typical Thailand. Had to take BTS or walk a bit for restaurants or evening activities. The place was hard to find for taxis or foodpanda, but locationdescription on thai from the hostel did help.

Pros: Many things: free coffee/tea (with toast and biscuits), cleanliness, drinking water, nice staff and comfortable.
