Pros: Very well located with a nice view of the temples from the balcony. Clean!

Cons: We had the room with seats on the floor, instead of sofa, so we didnt make use of it.

Very convenient location and affordable price.

Pros: The Bed was soft. Bidet on the toilet sit. Location was really good. Just walking distance near 7/11. More or less 20 mins walk to The Grand Palace. 15 mins walk to the night market. Price was very reasonably affordable. Near to several massage options.

Cons: No lift/ elevator.

Very comfortable bed, great location

Pros: The views was amazing as expected. The location was also great. I must say the beds here were the most comfortable we have experienced during our entire 5 week holiday in Thailand.

Cons: Bangkok can be quite noisy and here you experience that as well.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse! The hosts are incredibly kind and super helpful, they reply to messages very quickly and are always ready to meet any need. The location is beautiful, and having a room and terrace with a view of the temple makes everything even more magical. Thank you again for the warm hospitality, this place has truly become my point of reference for when I come back to Bangkok!

Great location, modern and clean place with amazing staff!

Pros: The staff are very proactive and super nice. Communication is the best! As soon as I booked they contacted me, sending detailed and clear info on check in and instructions to get there. They provided info on the area, even about who to watch out for scams🙏🏼 If I had questions they replied immediately. The place is very close to main things to visit in old town and also 10min from Khaosan Road. Lots of shops, 7/11 and restaurants around.

Great view and location

Pros: Great location, although slightly difficult to find the hotel, they gave us directions in Thai for the cab driver. Lovely view of the temple from the balcony, great smart television and speaker.

Cons: The room only had one toilet roll, two coffee pods, two waters for our 3 night stay, it would have been nice to have sufficient supplies for the duration. Although, I did not contact the owner and ask for more.

Great place to stay in Bangkok

Pros: I had a great time staying here! Check-in was super easy and Bas is a great host! Whenever you have any issues or questions message him and he will immediately answer you with a solution at hand! It’s great located and the room is exactly as in the images. Thank you!!

Great stay in the heart of old town

Pros: Great location, easy check and smooth communication with owner, clean and modern, TV with Netflix and overall a very comfortable stay in Bangkok!
