Pros: Great hotel, perfect location. Staff were brilliant and very kind. They were very attentive, and house keeping would leave water and a toilet roll at my door each day (my room was DND). I never used it,but they have a buggy to shuttle guests to nearby locations which is a great idea. Locals are also very nice, area is fab - loads to do here.

Cons: Only issue was the shower was a little tempermental, good pressure but it would go hot or cold randomly. I have a fresh tattoo so this was a little issue.

Pros: Helpful and friendly staff service. Very close & convenient near Bumrungrad International Hospital. The concierge dropped me to & from hospital from hotel in nice buggy. Unfortunately I couldn't extend my stay as the hotel booked out fast. I highly recommend this hotel for affordable accommodation with plenty of transport, shopping or dining nearby.

Pros: The room was clean, a bit outdated bathroom but clean. 1 min walk to Bumrungrad hospital, there is 3x 7/11 and a lot of street food around

Cons: Rooms are not very big Rooms facing street are a bit noisy.

Pros: Room Cleaner does excellent job in cleaning the room and folding clothes properly! Balls from the concierge also is an asset to the hotel.
