Single fan rooms are great value

Pros: Small clean room with plenty of power outlets and excellent wifi. Share bathrooms are cleaned at least twice daily and are pleasant to use. Great location near KS Road. Pleasant garden restaurant. This room was great value for money.

Pros: We stayed here for a second time at the end of our trip, travelling through Bangkok on our way home and would definitely stay here again and again. The location is as good as it gets, staff is super friendly and the courtyard has great vibes.

Cons: There are a lot of mosquitoes, it would be necessary to spray against mosquitoes

Pros: Super central location with a lovely quiet courtyard, away from the buzz of Bangkok but right in the middle of it. Good breakfast.

Cons: We had some ants in the room. Bathroom was lacking main amenities such as hand soap and could use a renovation. No elevator also.

Pros: Just off busy area can still hear the noise but it’s in a good location

Cons: The shared showers the water seems to be getting blocked and doesn’t drain away quickly. Thought I might flood the area.

The best guesthouse in the Kho San area

Pros: This guesthouse is excellent. Very clean and the garden is absolutely lush to sit and relax and escape the madness of Kho San road. The food is delicious at the restaurant and really good prices. We tried to book back into this guesthouse on our return to Bangkok but it was full. It has a really relaxing atmosphere and we will definitely stay here again. The staff were very helpful and the hotel was spotlessly clean. The location is excellent……..in the middle of the action but the lovely tropical garden provides a little oasis in the middle of the busy Kho San madness 😁
