Highly recommend, peaceful place to relax

Pros: Excellent location and customer service. Spacious room. Comfy bed. Good WiFi Internet. Plenty natural light. Very relaxing place.

Cons: Certain facilities a bit worn out, but nothing essential.

Good value hotel room in a central but still relatively calm area!

Pros: A bit worn out but in general well equipped room. Comfy bed and plenty of storage space. Friendly staff. Good location, only 5min walk from next BTS station (St. Louis). Easy to reach other parts of the city.

Cons: Closing room doors are quite loud...Noise from the corridor very audible from the room. Just hope for mindful neighbours :)

Pros: Spotless clean modern hotel. Friendly staff. Next to skytrain.

Pros: Very clean, bright room with a fridge and a lot of storage space. Nice area to walk around, about 3 minute walk to the Saint Louis BTS, so it is well connected. Convenience stores also about 3 minute walk, one BTS stop to a big supermarket. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Pros: Convenient location, excellent air conditioning, fresh water every day.

Cons: I noticed that the bedding had signs of use.

Comfy and central place to stay at! Highly recommended.

Pros: We walked with my mom to some places because ir is very central, the room has the space the most optimized with multiples storage areas everywhere what helped to avoid disorganization and to improve the room space. Location is very central and easy to find places to eat something everywhere, even a mini-market to buy some water and snacks.

Cons: The floor need a little maintenance because it is wood and a little old.

Pros: I've stayed in the hotel a number of times, this is the first time we were put in an S room, which I presume S stands for small, which was the case with the room I was in. Considering the amount I paid, I was expecting the same size room I'd had previously. I will stay there again, but I will inform them I don't want a room with an S. Other than that, it's what I expected.

Was sceptical as it seemed too good to be true, but overall it was great value for money.

Pros: Friendly staff, 24 hour receptionist, very spacious (can open multiple suitcases if needed), area is safe even alone at night, big shower with good water pressure, fridge wuth free water, the outlets fit British plugs so did not need an adaptor, weighing scale for suitcase, wake up call for early flights, location (Grab was cheap to most areas), near 7 elevens. Fastest exit for Saint Louis BTS - follow Exit 2 signs, follow AIA building sign, use the escalator to go down. But it does close late night.

Cons: Poor soundproofing - The cars driving by aren't too bad on the higher floors. But noises from other guests echoes from the hallway and rooms. There needs to be consequences (e.g. a fine) for guests who are loud after 11pm/midnight. I also like to get back late and understand necessary noise like showering, drying hair, moving suitcase. There is only 1 poor staff at night. Temperature - The AC was too cold, even after increasing the temperature. Road is not great for dragging suitcases. Mirror - There was no full body mirror or mirror in the bedroom area, had to keep going to bathroom to check.

Excellent location, good service / value and adorable helpful staff

Pros: Location, consideration and care to accommodate requests if possible, adorable helpful and responsive staff. Perfect place to stay when visiting Bangkok !
