New Siam Palace Ville Hotel

Perfect as ever, absolutely amazing staff.

Pros: Excellent buffet breakfast, and the location is brilliant close to the bars and restaurants of Rambuttri and khoa san Road, without the noise when you sleep.

Cons: Wi fi access could be better, but it is adequate. They still use the old log on system of one or three day passes, rather than free access.

Good location, nice pool

Pros: Location was good, quiet and still near bars and restaurants. The staff in the reception were amazing, helpfull and friendly! The cleaning ladies were also very kind and the cleaning was excellent.

Cons: I did not see the staff in the restaurant smile at all. If I asked for a refill of food, they looked annoyed. They did not seeme like they wanted to be there.

Lovely quiet hideout

Pros: We loved the pool and the Buffet breakfast at the local restaurant. Quite close to the Grand Palace and to a busy shopping street while being in a quiet neighbourhood.

Cons: The smoking guests by the pool but I guess it can't be helped :)

Pros: Great location walkable to Khao San but far enough to be quiet at night. Comfortable beds and nice staff

Cons: Balcony is like going out through a window. Some small chairs outside would be nice

Pros: The location. Easy walk to get to the river ferry pier, restaurants, shops and cultural places.

Cons: All good. A bedside lamp for reading would be useful.

I would absolutely recommend this hotel. I would come back for sure!

Pros: Location was great, the hotel was perfect for the cost, pool was lovely to cool off in mid day. Breakfast was basic but great, staff were always friendly and helpful.

Cons: All the cigarette smoke around the pool and right when you walk into the front of the hotel.

Pros: Lovely hotel with good size pool. We have stayed at New Siam 2 a sister hotel and this hotel was similar but on a bigger scale . Breakfast varied and plentiful . Lots of bars & restaurants nearby . We always come back to this area .. just far enough away from Khaosan Road ! Woukd happily recommend to others.

Pros: As always, an excellent budget hotel. Good staff, clean rooms and a good breakfast.

Cons: If anything, this hotel is a victim of its own success. It can get very busy at breakfast and reception. We are solo travellers and the hotel seems to now be catering for larger groups.

Pros: Amazing location and the cost of the rooms were very favorable, and very friendly staff. Taxis in the area are so cheap for getting around.

Cons: For the price you can't really complain but I thought the shower head in my bathroom was a bit low.
