Served my needs. No Wifi in this day and age is not acceptable and requires fixing asap.

Pros: Reception Manner was friendly and helpful. Kind Woman who could offer suggestions in finding locations. Ease of online check-in and payment.

Cons: The sole concern I had was the wifi connection. It needs updated as it did not work at all for me on 3rd floor.
