Great hotel, wrong location

Pros: Comfortable bed, nice rooms, comfortable hotel overall

Cons: Location - very central if you’re looking for the craziest area in Bangkok (not ideal for families), but definitely not the most ideal.

Cons: All was ok. Bed wasn’t really comfortable. I find weird that Marriot Bonvoy points don’t get credited as reservation was made through booking.

Easy and fun stay in BKK

Pros: The twin bed room was great for sharing with a friend. Location was great, a little gritty but central and easily accessible. Lots of bars and cafes nearby. The hotel has a nice lobby to hang out.

An excellent hotel, which suited our family of four perfectly.

Pros: I slept better in this hotel than in any other hotel I have in any other hotel - Great soundproofing, block-out curtains, comfy bed and excellent pillows. The room was spacious, with two double beds and a couch and the fact that the shower was separate from the vanity made this the ideal room for a family. The location is excellent for great food and massages. There is a free shuttle to nearby BTS stations, a lovely pool, fusbol table and pool table. On our check-out day, our flight was cancelled and the concierge went above and beyond to help to get us on another flight. I literally can't wait to go back to this hotel.

The best by far, definitely will return in 6 weeks.

Pros: This hotel ticked all the boxes, from location to cleanliness to spacious rooms. What really stood out for me that if you would like a great night sleep you can’t go past Aloft. I’m a regular traveler to Thailand with 80% of the times staying on Sukuhmvit Soi 11. The first night I slept here it was amazing, pull the blinds down and you have instant darkness, had the best sleeps and a great comfortable bed to accompany it. And the staff just amazing. Well done to all.

Cons: Everything spectacular. No complaints.
