Pros: All A big 👍 to the breakfast! Best one in Bangkok.

Good value for money, but not clean enough

Pros: It has very spacious rooms and an excellent location, which is definitely its biggest advantage. The staff were friendly and polite, and check-in was smooth. Good value for money.

Cons: The Guest house feels quite old, and cleanliness could be much better. While the rooms are large, they need more thorough and detailed cleaning, as some areas felt worn and not properly maintained. With better upkeep and renovation, this hotel could be a great place to stay.

Pros: Very central location, perfect for getting around the city easily. The place was clean and well maintained, with tidy and comfortable rooms. The staff was very kind and helpful, always friendly and ready to assist. Great value for money, I would definitely recommend this guest house when staying in Bangkok.

Pros: Good price alternative to dorm with own bathroom. It's not the Ritz but good and clean enough if you need privacy and central location. Ceiling fans standard but for a small surcharge you get the AC control.

Pros: Older style guesthouse, the fan room has a ceiling fan, high ceilings, and windows, Down an alley, mostly shaded, so it stays relatively cool. Close to many public transport options. One block away from major tourist hub

Cons: Coming from Australian summer to Thai cool season, the cold shower was bracing, but I'm not complaining. Chill. Yen sabai.

We had a great stay at this property and food was yum.

Nice and welcoming

Pros: The guest house is located close to all the important temples of the city, it’s a nice neighbourhood, the family that works there is super nice and welcoming. If I ever came back to Bangkok o would come there. Great for friends and family who want to stay in a typical area of Bangkok.

Best place for staying in Sam Yot

Pros: Clean and tidy I have been here earlier as well same, pleasant and warm welcome and good service.

Excellent budget hotel for viewing bangkok

Pros: Basic room with good amenities, easy access to khao san road.

Cons: Bed was a little hard but I slept well as it was dead quite and dark in the room
