Pros: Cosy structure, perfect location between the centre of Bangkok and the airport. Reachable by taxi. Friendly staff, they made our bed and supplied us with water, quick check in and check out, fantastic breakfast with sweet and savoury plus the guy who cooks your eggs at the moment very good and super helpful. Wi-Fi is perfect. Everything is great

Pros: I've stayed here for years, great value for price. Suan Plu is a nice neighbourhood, very thai with market and street stalls but also an expat area so best of both world. For budget travellers I residence really is the best option. Staff very helpful.

Happily stay there again

Pros: I normally stay in the KhoSan area so staying in Sathorn was Interesting. It is generally more expensive as an area, more upmarket. The I residence hotel is great and I'll stay there again

I would stay again

Pros: It was convenient for the area I needed to be in. I had 2 bookings for different times. The 2nd booking I asked to move rooms due to a noisy air con unit. Nothing was too much trouble. The reception lady was amazing , polite and very friendly with each interaction .
