It’s where I will stay my next time in Bangkok without a doubt! The staff is amazing!

Pros: The property is new, everything is clean and most importantly I have never seen a staff as nice and helpful! The restaurant “grow” is a must, the rooms are very comfortable, very clean and efficient. I can only highly recommend. The location is perfect, very difficult to find such a peaceful place in that area of Bangkok! The value for money is incredible.

Pros: Good location, modern building and the pool and restaurant were nice. The rooftop is amazing for the view and the little gym.

Cons: Air conditioning is a bit loud when trying to sleep.

Solid affordable stay in Bangkok

Pros: Great location if you want use public transport with very from iconsiam 5mins walk or Skytrain. Getting taxi or grab can be challenging due to traffic. Next door to a good restauarant (grow) with international menu items and good coffee. Pool is nice. Room is good for bangkok. Wish slightly bigger. Friendly staff

Cons: Our room had a damp smoky smell to it. Maybe cause humid or thriving aircon needs a clean. Aircon I wish was slightly quieter but still managed to sleep. Wish there was slightly different pillow height options.

Great stay near icon siam.

Pros: The free tuktuk to icon siam. Unlimited free bottled water. Walking distance to icon siam. Modern, clean.

Cons: No breakfast option included in room rate. Shower design has no door.

Everything about the hotel was great minus the pool issue , hence why we would book here again.

Pros: We liked the location, it was a short walk to Iconsiam and public transport (BTS). The staff were very friendly and helpful and super attentive.

Cons: The pool was too small, not enough sun lounges around the pool for guests, in fact we went to the pool twice and there wasn't enough room for us so we left. I also found it very inconvenient to have the sun lounges dipped into the water not leaving any dry area for our things, a real pity.

Will stay again, no doubt!

Pros: Organised a nice birthday surprise for me on arrival with a cute birthday card, the hotel and facilities are amazing. Great pool on the ground floor, well equipped gym and roof top, delicious cafe downstairs. Free water available anytime. Room turnovers down fantastically, staff were incredible and laundry facilities were handy for our stay. Location excellent, only a few minutes walk to Iconsiam

Cons: Lost most hostels in BKK there is a funky smell in the shower drain but cleaners everyday neutralise the smells. But just something worth considering.

Amazing time

Pros: Very clean, great staff and the caffe/restaurant is amazing , such great food at really affordable prices

Cons: I would recommend the spray the common areas and lifts for mosquitos

Pros: Very good facilities with a good, functional design. Very helpful and attentive staff. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Near Icon Siam.

Cons: It's close to Icon Siam, but on the other side of the river, opposite all the famous tourist attractions. We always took a taxi to the other side. But you can also get there by boat or BTS.

Extremely clean and comfortabel rooms, super friendly staff!

Pros: Beautiful hotel with extremely kind and helpful staff. The beds were super comfortable and the hotel was very clean throughout. The staff helped us get in and out of taxis and gave us great information at the front desk.

Cons: The swimming pool was very clean, though it felt a little awkward because it was so quiet and the rooms overlook it. That said, we weren’t in Bangkok for the pool, so it was totally fine.
