Great Hotel but could be service improved
Pros: Great location and lovely room. Wonderful breakfast
Cons: The cleaning of the room was very late and needed reminding. A bit understaffed I feel.

overall a great hotel.
Pros: Jubilee Prestige Hotel is truly a top-of-the-line hotel, from the staff to the interior design. It was very clear that this is a five-star property. Even though there were many staff members, they all made us feel genuinely welcome and were extremely helpful throughout our stay.
Cons: The hotel is located a bit away from Sukhumvit, which is one of the drawbacks.

Spacious, clean & comfy
Pros: The view & rooms are great : spacious, comfy, clean. All the staff is polite and welcoming The pool & gym is amazing. Would probably come back next time I’m in town
Cons: The only thing is that it’s far from city center if you’re a tourist on holiday but event that wasn’t a big deal.

Service was excellent and my usual room is modern, clean, and comfortable, but the upgraded corner r
Pros: I much prefer my usual room — it’s modern, clean, and very comfortable.
Cons: I was upgraded to a corner room, but it felt very old and dark, with a creepy atmosphere I can’t quite describe. I travel a lot for work, especially to Bangkok, and this was the first time I’ve felt uncomfortable staying in a room. Fortunately, the front desk was very helpful and moved me back to my usual room. I think the dim lighting and dated furniture contributed to the feeling — the decor could definitely use an update. Breakfast can feel a bit repetitive. I would love to see more variety, as I usually travel to Bangkok once a month and stay for a week at Swissotel. The noodle station could be improved — the broth is often too salty and tastes very commercial, not authentic. The Pad Thai is good at times, but on other days it’s bland, as if there isn’t enough heat during cooking. That said, breakfast overall is good, and the service is excellent. The short-haired manager always remembers me and greets me with a smile, which I truly appreciate. I just wanted to share these points for improvement.

Cool Hotel with everything you need.
Pros: Cool big Gym, good isolated rooms, next door is an MRT.
Cons: For what a deposit? Ad breakfast for 800 by side is to much. But all in all super cool Hotel.
