We felt vey safe and comfortable

Pros: I liked that it was not a tourist trap. We felt part of the Thai life.

Romantic and authentic stay by the river

Pros: I loved the atmosphere of the place, it’s located right next to the river, so it’s very romantic. I loved the people working there, Yakie, two lovely ladies and 4 cats are of course the highlight of this boutique hotel. The breakfasts are very delicious and the staff is very attentive.

Pros: The hotel is a beautiful traditional style house. Staying here is like stepping back in time.

Wonderful! Very relaxing and welcoming after long journey

Pros: Lovely setting on the canal. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Was like staying at someone’s home. We arrived at 7pm but they happily prepared and cooked a delicious meal for us and when we checked out to catch 3-hour train to Kanchanaburi they gave us a complimentary fruit basket to take for the journey.

Pros: Everything! It is amazing, if there's a room available when you are thinking of booking, don't hesitate! This place doesn't disappoint in any way! The staff, the food, the rooms, the service, the quality of china to the sheets, all incredible.

Truly unique stay just outside of the city centre.

Pros: Staff were incredibly friendly and the owner was a beautiful host. Breakfast every morning was dreamlike and the layout of the hotel was exciting and fascinating. For people with mobility issues it may be difficult to get around the stairs and pathways.

Cons: Distance from the city centre meant we were on public transport for an hour a few times. Near the hotel is very busy but the hotel location itself is quiet and beautiful.

Love this hotel for its unique environment and peacefulness.

Pros: Loved the room New Porcelain! Perfect in every way. Beautiful with the lights coming from the two balconies and tastefully decorated. Spacious. Also stayed in Celadon. Also very nice but darker and smaller. The rooftop terrace is so nice to enjoy the New Year’s Eve fireworks from. Little tricky to climb up the ladder though. The staff is great and the location is genuinely Bangkok. A little paradise and near MTR blue line that can bring you to more touristy spots.

Cons: The location is in the older part of Bangkok so the streets outside seems older, dirtier. It’s far to a departement store or laundry service. So the service needed for self maintenance is harder this part of the town.

Pros: Amazing old wooden house at the river. Great hospitality, very good breakfast and lovely atmosphere. Every room is unique with it's own charme. And of course copper is so lovely

Pros: Loved this place!! Absolutely stunning building, the sweet little touches, and the location away from everything were exactly what I needed. The MRT is 5 mins away, and grab is always a few mins away should you base yourself here and go out and about. Breakfast was huge and varied. I had dinner which was tasty and good value for a boutique hotel. Yakie and the team of sweet ladies, and the cats just make this place very special. I had the Charcoal room, right on the water and relaxed for hours watching the river... bliss.

Cons: This is just a gentle suggestion..perhaps you can offer a juice at breakfast and fresh coffee, rather than instant.
