Pros: The cleanliness, the location , close to everything one might need in a daily basis , just walking distances. Surrounded by different restaurants. And super beautiful hotel with hot water all the time.

Cons: The staff that would want to claim the deposit money by saying things that don’t exist like removable marks on linen, yes the linen was stained but it’s a removable stain with normal soap water, why do you want to charge me for such ? 4000 Thai baht for that ? I found that unfair .

Cons: Some guests were rude and pushed others to get in and out of the lift. There are some big groups who think they are above other guests in the hotel.

Pros: It’s soo convenient in many ways, for food, transportation, facilities in the building, everything were great. Loved my stay here and will surely come here again

Cons: The WiFi connection could be improved to be better inside the room as that’s the only downside of this property.
