Awesome location and great room!

Pros: Love the area, great location to go anywhere really. Staff are really nice and the room is great for a longer stay as well!

Cons: Maybe would have wanted more room to put clothes/items.

Pros: Friendly staff, room was very clean and comfortable, I accidentally overslept by an hour but staff was very friendly about it, great location, great value for money

Pros: The rooms are spacious and had private bathroom and the location is easy to find. And lovely owner who allowed us early checkin when we reached 6 hours before the checkin time

Rooms offer a great deal of privacy.

Pros: This is an excellent place to stay, with several buildings available for rent. The lobby is very spacious, and the staff is very kind and helpful. They have some dogs on the property, but they are very well-behaved. Overall, a good place to crash if passing by Bangkok for a couple of days.

Cons: The neighbourhood is low-lying, and if it rains, it tends to get flooded.

A pleasant place to sleep, about 100 baht taxi to Chatuchak BTS

Pros: Good value, bed comfy, coffee in lobby. I was able to switch room because first room had malfunctioning AC. Very quiet except during the day because of construction adjacent to hotel. I would book again

Overall it was a pleasant stay in this hotel. You will get extra rate benefit on physical booking.

Pros: That was awesome, I planned to stay for 2 days only but later it increased to 8 days. I didnt change my hotel. Very calm place though there was a construction work running at that time but it couldn't disturbed us at all. Staff was well friendly & helpful. Very cleanly environment that was. Not crowdy at all.

Cons: The main disappointed matter was that you have to walk for 1 km to take any bus & there was no metro facility, not even tuktuk. Only option is walk or taxi. No restaurant within 1 km range. Here you have to pay in advance to stay there. No coffee or tea facilities in the room which made us surprised though there had common facility for coffee in the reception.

Very good budget hotel.

Pros: The owner was very nice and helpful. She helped us with nearby points of interest as well.
