Paholyothin Park Place

Pros: Bit expensive Location convenient to BTS Room has everything you need but ask for one away from the main road if you are a light sleeper. Room was supplied with a water heater but it didn't boil the water properly for a coffee or tea. We bought our own kettle.

Pros: Location, price is acceptable, and safe area for travel at nighttime. Room is large area, clean, and comfortable. Hotel has restaurant with excellent southern style Thai food.

Cons: Nothing at this hotel that I don't like. But the temperature on the 4th floor at daytime is a bit hot from the ceiling. The air conditioning did help but it took time to cool the hot room down.

Pros: Locationis good, close to where I have to work. Wifi is great, free, and no need for password, direct connect.

Cons: The sound of the fridg and air-con, both are quite loud.

Good overall

Pros: Used this hotel to relocate for a few nights after the earthquake, the location has 7-11 almost next door and rooms are clean, bed is a little uncomfortable and some road noise can be heard at night but overall it's not bad at all. The ladies at reception especially in the morning/afternoon shift were lovely!

Nice and clean hotel with outstanding staff

Pros: Nice and clean hotel with a big car park and very friendly staff. Everything is well maintained on a daily basis. Loved the beds and the rooms are spacious and clean. Close to BTS and 7/11.

Cons: Location wise it's a little out of the central area, but as i said, very close to BTS Sukumvit line. So you can go anywhere you want.

Great place but breakfast can be better

Pros: This is a vintage-style hotel. It is simple yet spotlessly clean. I particularly like the desk and the hair dryer. Two glass bottles of drinking water were complimentary. The location, 7-11 next door and the BTS station 20 meters away, is perfect.

Cons: I did not like the buffet breakfast, which cost 150 Thai Baht per head. Half of the food had been emptied when I entered the restaurant at around 8:30 a.m. Only a plate of cut fresh veggies was refilled before I left around 9 a.m. I ate two slices of toast, the last spoon of fried rice, one pork porridge, and the last half cup of cold coffee. I enjoyed the room, but this breakfast was unsatisfactory.

Clean and convenient

Pros: The hotel is exceptionally clean and located beside a BTS station. Very near Kasetsart University and Chatuchak Weekend Market. Will stay there again.

Cons: The hotel has exceeded my expectations. Nothing to complain about.

Nice food, good place

Pros: Cleanliness of the facilities, food is very nice at the restaurant.

Cons: Sometime the noice from the street disturbing our sleep

Clean, nice staffs, cozy location to go to town by Sky train.

Pros: Good location by the BTS Sky train to central BKK. There are lots of restaurants of local food. Cleanliness of the hotel is excellent.

Cons: Nothing that I don't like at this hotel.

Cons: The bed makes noicy when moving the body.
