Cons: No laundry service available and on the booking the name doesnt much with the stricture which lead to confusion when need to use grab or taxi service The platinum suite is the name Sunday platinum suite lead 2 km away in the middle of nowhere lol Anyway… Also bathroom miss items where to locate things could be upgrade with just few accessories

Nice hotel with friendly staff.

Pros: The staff at The Platinum Suite were very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. Our room was big and spacious with a big bed and a sofa. The bathroom was clean with free soap and shampoo. The pool was nice and our daughter enjoyed playing there a lot. The breakfast was not so big, but the food was tasty and it had all you need. I would recommend this hotel if you are spending a weekend in Bangkok or sleep over before an early morning flight.

Pleasant for the price, but not perfect

Pros: Very clean and pretty. Friendly staff and a quiet room

Cons: The shower leaked into the bathroom so it constantly had water on it and was quite slippery. The beds were also rather hard. The elevator also scared me and was a bit sketchy
