Town in Town Hotel Bangkok

Lovely last stay in Thailand.

Pros: Rooms are comfy + huge, I asked for a room with a view and that's exactly what I got. The breakfast was amazing - all you can eat buffet for 250bht. Great building, great pool + lovely staff.

Cons: Nothing it was great.

Have stayed here numerous times previously and am happy to recommend the hotel and stay there again

Pros: Breakfast Ok, location is good, short taxi ride to wherever you need to go, sufficient food vendors and shops nearby

Beautiful hotel with full facilities and the very good bar named ‘Nightcap’!

Pros: Old but beautiful. Nice staff. Full facilities & very comfy bed. Delicious breakfast. There is parking lot. The most I loved is the bar named ‘Nightcap’ at 3rd flr. This bar have good atmosphere that gived me calm and relax feels. Hotel offered a free welcome drink for guests and you can get it here.

Cons: The bathtub and shower faucets are difficult to use. I often turn them on and off incorrectly. But it's not a big problem and can be ignored.

Gems of Town in town

Pros: Room was very clean, spacious, maid is very service.Also sitting in the good location in Town in Town zone.

Price / benefit performance is very good.

Pros: Location and staff was amazing, compare with price one of best hostel in Bkk. Cleand and quite place.

More like a 3 star hotel but fair value for money

Pros: The hotel is ok for those looking for fair standard at a reasonable price. There is a swimming pool, fairly equipped gym (outside) and the rooms are pretty much equipped with everything you may need. Beds are very comfortable, the service is attentive, the wifi was good speed, the air-conditioning does its job and the shower had amazing water pressure (which is rare these days due to hotels trying to limit their water usage) and overall all this at a fraction of a luxury 5 star hotel.

Cons: The only thing I would strongly suggest to improve by the hotel is cleanliness. The windows and mirrors in rooms and in the gym were very dirty with grease from other people's hands etc. The bathroom looks a little revolting with mould in the corners, badly placed silicone, falling off handles etc. The were stains on the floor from some kind of greasy spray which I had to clean myself and generally the hotel and especially the bathrooms do need renovation desperately. Some lights were different colour in the same room so this made it quite difficult to function. Lastly, the hotel does not have an iron and an ironing board. I didn't expect them to have one in each room but at least have one in the hotel or have an ironing room like some other hotels do. For a 4 star hotel you would expect them to have an iron but this hotel does not. Well, they do now because I bought one and left it there :-)

Overall a very nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Very comfortable spacious room and enjoyed the night cap bar too.

Cons: The gym equipment needs updating and is very rundown.

Pros: Great massage, very cheap, great breakfast, most staff lovely

Cons: They charge you if you get stains on the towels, my daughter had a serious accident and I had to fly over from the UK, she got a small amount of blood on a couple of towels, they took pictures, showed us and charged us, extremely embarrassing and considering the circumstances quite unpleasant

Pros: Good location, good value for money, spacious room with big bed, nice view of city from 9th floor. Good WiFi and has a nice restaurant and bar.

Cons: No smart t.v did have quite a few English movie channels.

Super relaxing!

Pros: The hotel is in an amazing location. I stayed here for 2 nights to attend a concert. The rooms are super cosy and the bathroom is amazing. They provide bath robes, slippers which was a plus. I was given a corner side room on the 10th floor with the view of the entire city. I saw amazing sunrise from the windows of my room. I was staying alone here and it felt super safe! If I ever come back again for a concert in the Rajamangla Stadium, this will be my go to hotel.

Cons: Food options could have been a little better.
