Kastel Bangkok Hotel

Pros: Location is okay! Walking distance to bts Victory monument (10min walk). There’s also markets, shopping center near that area! 7-11 right on the corner of the hotel! Breakfast is good! Beds too!

Cons: Noise of people talking can get through the room

Nice quick stay

Pros: Nice decor. They have a driveway so easy to get in and off a taxi. Quiet area. Bus stop nearby so can take that to get to centralworld siam area easy. 7-11 nearby. Friendly staff. I arrived at 3am to check in and there was someone waiting at the reception which is not always the case in some places.

Cons: I don’t think they have a gym or a pool. Would be a nice touch but for the price, they are good value for money.

Overall fantastic and great value.

Pros: The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly. The hotel facilities were clean and new. The beds were comfortable. There's a 7 eleven very close, as well as some local street food vendors.

Cons: The TV had some kind of internet connection issue.

First time in Bangkok and luckily found this hotel.

Pros: The bell boys was so nice. Even when it was 2 a.m we still could have his assignment.

Cons: Sadly the view from window was block by big ads, but it does not matter as we went out most of the time.

Pros: We had a three day stay at kastel, The staff especially the door boy was superb nice and helpful the food was amazing and they had halal menu which was cherry on top. OVERALL WE HAD AN AMAZING STAY AT KASTEL.

It’s comfortable stays, i love that they tidy up the room every day, and they are very welcoming whenever guests enter.

Pros: staying at a fresh, new place has always been a good. Staff are always friendly and welcoming.

Cons: The room’s shower glass door cannot be closed properly, so the water spreads wetting the floor. Consider adding lights at the mirror, it’s hard to get ready when it’s dark. The bump at the exit of the hotel is quite high, consider levelling the floor because it damaged the e-hailing cars - hence why we ask them to only send us at the hotel junction. If u consider to walk to the train station, please man up your stamina, or else just book the e-hailing cars.

So far so good, but can be improved more.

Pros: Everything is new plus the hotel buildings are pretty too. Housekeeping are done great too.

Cons: Our itinerary were postponed due to the lack of iron provided. I would like to suggest for the hotel to prepare an ironing station per floor to accommodate the guests.

Pros: Excellent staff. Very helpful and friendly. Nothing much to complain about

Cons: I think the pillows and towels need to be replaced with new ones. They were fresh, only it felt like they were a bit old. But apart from that, everything was good.

Pros: The hotel was absolutely amazing. Although it’s on the main road it was very quiet. All the staff were lovely and the room nicely decorated and comfortable. Easy to get a taxi into the city/night markets and very close to both airports (less than 30 minutes drive)
