Pros: Location excellent for our needs with Bang Kasor MRT station on doorstep which gave easy access into Bangkok centre. Comfortable clean room with all amenities you would expect.

Cons: Menu limited for western pallet. Unfortunately the hot water failed on our last day.

Pleasant but not a good location.

Pros: The room was clean, spacious and good value for money. The lobby is super nice and elegant.

Cons: Some staff at reception did not even understand English. The restaurant at the lobby where you could order food, coffee, drinks, etc was super slow in orders and under staffed. Over one hour waiting for a soup which at the end never even arrived. The same thing happened to another one of us, over an hour waiting for the food which was never delivered to the table. The elevators to get to upper floors take forever to arrive and to get to your floor. Location is a bit in the middle of nowhere.

Best hotel value in Bangkok

Pros: Great location, excellent coffee and food. Staff are very helpful and genuinely polite. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Hotel has lovely zen, and is very good value. Breakfast was excellent

Good experience

Pros: every staff are super cute, they really helpful and kind the location is good the room were really clean it was really good experience i would stayed here again if i had chance but one thing the breakfast hall is at 5th floor. When you wlkt out the elevator you can turn left and tell your room number. If you turn right otr staff ask you to turn right it may be the meeting room set up as breakfast hall for tour group, you could tell the staff that you come alone or with friend. but if you enter the wrong place the line up of breakfast is same don't worry.

A great hotel to stay at. I always sleep well.

Pros: Coffee is improving at last! Omelette was delicious

Cons: Coffee better than before but still not quite as good as the rest of the breakfast so lets it down a bit.

Good location for Exhibition

Pros: It was very close to the Thaifex Exhibition, so it was very convenient to move around

Pros: Good location to nearby hospital (main reason for visit to Thailand)

Big hotel with bright shiny décor

Pros: We stayed in the new wing and the rooms are modern and well appointed. Great views from the upper floors. The common areas are very spacious and attractive. Good gym and pool. Nearby Owl Market is a lovely local experience for shopping and food. Well located for travellers driving north. Good cafe across the road thru the used car yard, The COCO - Cafe & Homemade Bakery.. Short taxi drive or 2 stops on the Sky Train to the ferry which goes to the city and is scenic.

Cons: Far from the city centre. Most guests are package tourists from China who can be a little noisy and inconsiderate. But there is plenty of space so no drama. The breakfast is good but does not change much if you are staying several days.
