Great Guests, the owner and his son, the sweep maid maam is sweet- super dooper stay

Pros: Location is Super cool, walk few feet to find 7/11 supermarket, few more feets to main road, Deutsche bank, Entire Sukhumvit, Soi 1 at best vicinity.

Pros: The room was huge, did not expect that much space. There was a great tv, and a dining table, office desk, and 3 bunk beds and 1 double bed.

Pros: close to BTS Phloen Chit, exit 3. there is 7-11, massage, BTS station. My room for 3 people, there is private toilet for us, fridge... property in quiet alley...

Peaceful and homely

Pros: The location is good. It is walking distance from Phloen Chit BTS. The place is quiet and peaceful, suitable for families. Provides free drinking water. WIFI is good as well. We had a good time there, will definitely stay there again when we visit Bangkok.

Cons: There was nothing to dislike. Everything was up to the mark.

Pros: Good Location, Nearby to almost everything a traveller needs. Suitable for those who are going to spent time at Nana Plaza/Soi Cowboy (10/20 minutes of walking). Value for money for sure.

Cons: To Warm to hangout at porch/Front yard. Too hot to sit due to the placement of aircon outdoor units. The whole place gets super heated while aircons are running. Should consider to relocate those aircon outdoor units if going to utilize the place. Other than that I don't see any issue.
