Nice staff and excellent location in town from the Airport.

Pros: Very nice staff. Wonderful swimming pool. Big room with balcony. Excellent location, near the Air-Link to BKK Airport, supermarket open 24/7 nearby.

Beautiful outdoor space and wonderful staff, but the room quality can vary a lot depending on the building.

Pros: I really loved the outdoor area, especially the terrace and the pool. It’s very well designed, cozy and relaxing — a true little cocoon in the middle of the city. The staff was also absolutely lovely and very attentive, always kind and helpful throughout the stay.

Cons: The first time I stayed here, I had a room in the main building which was modern, clean and very nice. This time, however, I was given a room in another building and it felt very outdated and quite cheap. For the price paid, I honestly didn’t find it good value for money as the room quality was not at the same standard at all.

Pros: Great location - close to the airport and the train station. Nice rooms and very kind staff. We had to leave before breakfast, but we received very tasty breakfast boxes.

Great hotel very close to Hua Mak station ARL...

Pros: Good size room and bathroom...rainfall shower very nice and large. Staff fantastic and friendly... Great little buggy ride (saves walking 1KM to 7-11 and supermarket... Good breakfast...baked beans nice little addition to breakfast...

Great hotel that never disappoints 👌

Pros: Stayed here on a few occasions now and it really is in a great location between suvanabhumi airport and the city centre. Lovely spacious rooms, the outside communal space is inviting. The staff are superb . Close to a train station . Excellent food 👌

Pros: We stayed here for 1 night and wanted somewhere close to the airport but also close so we could explore some of Bangkok. The location was perfect, we used the train straight from the airport which was quick and easy and the resort picked us up for free from the train station. The hotel and room was clean, comfortable and had a great feel to it. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. We wished we could stay longer but used it as a stop over before heading home. There is a great train market which is on the yellow line, would recommend it. The breakfast was also amazing, a lot of choices which I didn't expect.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Breakfast was great with lots of options, and different choices each day. Staff members were all very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious and complete with all needed amenities. Hotel is located very close to the Hua Mak Airport Rail Link station and there was a free shuttle available to and from the hotel, there's also a small market nearby with a few food stalls.
