Pros: Nice quiet location in the center of Bangkok 7/11 nearby Grab food, taxi - ok Everything is working inside house, nothing is broken. The house was clean indeed The hosts were very responsive and helpful.

Pros: It is a good place for a group of family. Good communication, clean, good values of money.

Cons: The area is near to many pubs and weeds, walking with kids is not comfortable.

This place was perfect for our group of 11. Would stay here again!

Pros: The place was much more spacious than what we first tought from the pictures. It was close to the 7-Eleven and had easy access to trasportation like Grab or the BTS. The neighbours were helpful when we first arrived and were looking for the lockbox. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating.

Pros: Shelly & Sea were absolutely fantastic hosts, providing me with a huge amount of support taking my group to and from the airport as well as oneard travel to other destinations. My first dive group would not have gone as smoothly without their help!

Clean and Central

Pros: Central location, clean and good facilities including air-con having a cool water filter was an added bonus. Two of the bedrooms are connected to each other, one having an en-suite, so this is good for families. Good communication with hosts.

Spacious house, good location

Pros: The house is clean and spacious and the beds are comfortable. Despite being located in the city center the house is in a quiet street. The house is close to Benchakitti Park which is a great place for a walk. The host made us feel very welcome and was easy to communicate with. The instructions how to find the house were very clear. All of the windows had mosquito nets.

Cons: Not dependent on the host/house - the walk from Nana station to the house in the evening is not very enjoyable as it is quite a busy/party area, however you couldnt hear the noise from the house. 2 of the 3 big bedrooms are joined together and share a bathroom so you need to pass through the second bedroom to reach the bathroom or go in the hallway.

Home away from home

Pros: Firstly, Shirley and Sea were the best hosts. Easy to contact and very responsive. Friendly too! The property is at a fantastic location, either walkable or easy to get a Grab Car/taxi/tuk tuk for a short trip to nearby shopping malls and sightseeing spots. Plenty of shops along Sukhumvit Road. Had the best massages at T.Thai and P's Thai. There was a heatwave when we were there. We thoroughly enjoyed the aircon and cold filtered water at the house! The bathrooms were well stocked with body wash and shampoo, and had a hair-dryer.
