Pros: ชอบที่สุดคือ ความใส่ใจเจ้าของบ้านเลือกใช้ ชุดที่นอน ที่นุ่มพอดี นอนสบายไม่ปวดหลัง มี หมอนแบบนุ่ม และแบบปกติ ไม่สูงเกินไป ให้เลือกใช้ ตามความชอบ ชุดผ้าปู ผ้าห่ม ผ้าดีมากๆ นุ่มสบายผิว หลับสนิทตลอดคืน เครื่องปรับอากาศ ใหม่สะอาด เย็นดี มีเครื่องปรับอากาศในห้องครัว อุปกรณ์ทำอาหารครบ ชง เครื่องซักผ้า ปั่น และอบผ้าแห้งให้เสร็จ 2ห้องน้ำ ชั้นบน พื้นที่กว้าง ตกแต่งสวยงาม มีอ่างอาบน้ำ สุขภัณฑ์ชั้นดี สะอาดใหม่ น้ำแรงดี ห้องน้ำชั้นล่างในห้องครัว แบ่งเปียก และ แห้ง อาบน้ำ ได้ สะดวก ใกล้ สถานีรถไฟฟ้าbts แค่10กว่านาที เดินไปท่าเรือสี่พระยา ข้ามไปthe icon เดินไปเล่นสงกรานต์ที่ถนนสีลม เดินไปกิน อาหารอร่อยๆ ถนนเยาวราช ราคาบ้านทั้งหลัง พัก 7คน แชร์ค่าใช้จ่าย ประหยัดมาก
