Sitara Place Serviced Apartment & Hotel

Overall, the hotel offers very good value for money.

Pros: It takes about 15–20 minutes to walk to Rama 9 MRT (or you can use the hotel’s tuk-tuk). From there, it’s 2 stops to Sukhumvit/Asok or 6 stops on the Silom line. The hotel is located on a quiet dead-end street with minimal street noise. The surrounding area is clean. The hotel itself is very well maintained and very clean. Everything works properly, including the air conditioning and internet. There are no insects, mosquitoes, or unpleasant odors. There is a washing machine on each floor.

Cons: The mattress was a bit too firm for my personal preference, but this is common in many accommodations in Thailand.

Pros: Room was very nice and spacious, balcony had a good view of the sunset and the laundry service was very useful

Great place to stay!

Pros: A great apartment with an extra bed in the lounge area. It was clean, spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Great location and friendly staff. They were very helpful and accommodating.

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: A bit out of the usual way, but i knew this before booking and chose this specifically. I will most definitely return to stay here. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Cons: No halal food places close by. I had to travel into Sukhumvit 5 or Nana to get food, which is a bit pricier than normal Thai or Chinese options.

Pros: This is my second time staying at this place. I think the facilities are good for the price. The room is spacious. It offers the basic things you need. It is also nice to have access to a washing machine or drinks at the entrance in the apartment complex.

Cons: Only the second time I noticed that the cleanliness of the room was a bit behind. It did not smell good and needed some airing. There was also a lot of dust. I remember it was better a year ago in this regard. The pillows on the bed are also very soft and there are only two.

Very enjoyable, staff very helpful & friendly. It was clean, quite & the bed was comfortable.

Pros: Location was good the staff were very helpful and courteous. The bed was good the room was clean. Clothes washing facility available. Free transport available to main street to access train station and major shopping strip. Overall good and i have no hesitation in recommending this place for the price, it is great value for money.

Cons: I have nothing negative to say only that key cards instead of keys would be an improvement but not the end of the world. I will stay again when i return.

Pros: Everything about Sitara Place is amazing! I would highly recommend to all, fantastic property. Cleanest place I have stayed in Bangkok! All of the staff are incredibly helpful.

Comfortable and good value

Pros: Room was comfortable and clean. Staff were lovely. Location is a little further out from most of the main tourist sites but the area is quiet and has plenty of good food options nearby. Metro station is around a 10-15 min walk but they offer a shuttle service from the hotel which is great.
