Pros: จองที่พักสำหรับนอน หลังจากดูคอนเสิร์ต ทำเลที่พักถือว่าโอเคเพราะอยู่ห่างเซนเตอร์พ้อยไม่ไกล ถ้าเรียกรถมอไซในแอปน่าจะประมาณ 50-60 บาท/เที่ยว ห้องพักสะอาดอยู่ในระดับดีเลยสำหรับราคานี้ ห้องกว้าง มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก เช่น ตู้เย็น ทีวี โต๊ะทำงาน กาต้มน้ำ เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่น ระเบียง แอร์เย็น ที่นอนนุ่มสบาย หลับเพลินนเลย

Cons: เหมือนที่พักให้ถอดรองเท้าไว้หน้าตึก ทำให้หน้าตึกมีรองเท้าลูกค้าวางเต็มไปหมดดูไม่ค่อยดี มีชั้นวางรองเท้าอยู่หน้าตึกด้วยแต่เหมือนไม่ได้ใช้แล้วเก่ามากมีรองเท้าเยอะเลยแต่ดูฝุ่นจับ เป็นสิ่งแรกที่เห็นหลังจอดรถ รู้สึกไม่ค่อยโอเค ห้องซักล้างของพนักงานอยู่ติดกับล๊อบบี้เช็คอิน ตรงล๊อบบี้ไม่มีแอร์ ตอนไปถึงเป็นเวลาเที่ยงกว่าๆ พนักงานกินส้มตำกันกลิ่นคลุ้งล๊อบบี้ พนักงานไม่มีได้ใส่ยูนิฟอร์ม แต่งตัวธรรมดาเหมือนอยู่บ้านแต่เรียบร้อย แต่ชิวมากๆ ห้องพักได้ชั้น 1 มีระเบียงจริงแต่ระเบียงเล็กๆและนอกระเบียงมีคอมแอร์ ทำให้เวลานอนได้ยินเสียงคอมแอร์ดังพอสมควร
