You get what you pay!

Pros: It is a great place to stay if your purpose is to go to the concert at Impact. It is convenient as there is a 24hours grocery store. Food is easy to find too! There's also a 7-11 near by. Walking distance to impact is short. If you want to do some shopping, there are a lot of factory outlets store nearby with crazy deals!

Great place if attending events in Impact Arena, if you don't mind some bugs in the small bathroom.

Pros: Stayed at this place for its close proximity to Impact Arena. I could walk back in 15 mins. Super close to a 24 hour 7/11 and Cosmo Bazaar. Lots of food options around. The room is quite spacious! Owner was easily contactable.

Cons: Bathroom is a bit cramped and had some cockroaches and spiders. Could do with some handwash as neither the kitchen nor bathroom had soap.

2nd time staying at the condo, 100% recommended.

Pros: This is our second time staying at this condo and it was our first choice coming for the concert at Impact. The arena is a 10 minute walk and is super convenient. We were 4 people staying in a 2 bedroom condo and it was really comfortable. All the amenities are as mentioned and our stay was perfect, thanks to Dan. If you're attending a show at Imapact don't think twice and book this!

Pros: The room is bigger than I thought, it's very clean and comfortable to stay (not hot), nearby us Cosmo bazzar and aeon mall 24h so don't worry if you come back late and want smt to eat. The staff is not very good at English but very helpful. It's only 10 min walk to Impact stadium so if you plan to go to a concert in here, this apt is for you

Cons: The bathroom is old, and no shampoo and shower gel available, but it's ok.

We went for a show at the Impact Arena the location was perfect check in was easy nice and clean apartment

Pros: Nice size 2 bedroom room 5 min walk to impact stadium, great choice of food in Cosmic Bazaar opposite hotel. Use carpark next to seafood restaurant only 50THB all night

I like the accommodation

Pros: I choose this place solely because I attended a concert at Impact Challenger Hall. So, this accommodation is pretty near to the location. I like how close it's (walking distance to the concert venue), in front with AEON MaxValue. Even if you're Muslim, easy to find ready to eat Halal food at the supermarket or 7Eleven. If need to find halal meal, still a Grab away... There's some that's nearer, need to do research for it.

Cons: Quite far from the main Bangkok city. But since it's not my main concern so, all is good.

Pros: Our apartment T9 was facing Aeon Max Value and Cosmo Bazaar. The Aeon was 24 hours and it was super convenient for us. There is a self laundry service in front of our lift which we used countless of times there. Halal food can get at Cosmo Bazaar KFC besides KFC the nearest will be at impact hall and pakkret ( but yes its a bit challenging to get halal food here) From impact hall is only 5-7 mins walk if you use shortcut, if not its 11 - 15 mins which is also not bad as well. To Pratunam without traffic is only 20 mins ish. But with high traffic it can be 40 mins- 1 hour. So usually we will go after peak hour which is around 7.30pm or 8pm. Overall if you have an event at impact hall this is the most convenient place to stay.

Cons: There is no iron and rice cooker or any stove for cooking. If this is an issue for you, feel free to bring from home. But there is a microwave that we frequently use to reheat 7E foods. The roads are small so if you are renting a van as your transport they are unable to pickup at the lobby so you have to walk with your luggage. If you are looking for a massage place, this isnt for you. There is one message place that is not convenient at all, it is small so they always close early at evening. For massage go to pratunam for a better price and service.

It’s bit far from city, and the location kinda hard to find if you first timer and not good in Thai. But don’t worry try

Pros: It’s very near to impact arena. Just 10 minute walk its great. There so many shop near accommodation to.

Cons: Far from the city.
