Pros: Great place to stay if you are working near IMPACT, it's only 10-15mins away depending on traffic. It's basic, could do with a lamp or bedside table but other than that for the prices it's way decent. The mall is right beside it, 7/11 across the street, and there is a lovely bar just down the street a bit and to your right. Perfect for is tbh and I would defo stay again.

Cons: Could do with a bedside lamp and table. Perhaps a safe as well. The bed was very hard but I slept anyway!

Comfortable, and satisfied.

Pros: The room is always clean, the place is safe with 24/7 available staff downstairs that are helpful, easy access to food and other amenities, speaking of warm weather in Bangkok the aircon is fantastic. And no unnecessary rules!. I wanna give a thumbs up to the staff downstairs that works on the evening The Patrix is lucky to have him.

Great & Good Value For Money!

Pros: We had a great time staying here! Booked this place as we were attending concert at Chaengwattana hall which is very near and located right next to the building maybe around 5 minutes walk or less if you walk faster. There’s also 7eleven in front of the property and a laundry if u wanna wash your clothes. Location wise i’d say it’s very strategic as there’s a new MRT station (pink line) that just opened recently in front of Central Chaengwattana Mall so it’s very easy to commute if u wanna go to town/city centre or the Airport~~ The room was also clean & comfortable for the 2 of us and the host also prepared us iron & ironing board as per our request. You don’t have to worry about carrying your luggage also as they have an elevator. We appreciate the hospitality so much!! Will consider to come & stay here again if we are coming back to Thailand~~ 😁

Pros: went for a concert trip, close to impact arena, easy to get a ride from e-hailing apps, even got a 7eleven nearby, really convenient.

Perfect for us, and a good value, but see if the location works for you.

Pros: The apartment was small, but provided just what we needed at a very reasonable price. The air conditioning worked well(which is very important for Westerners during April), there was a water heater for the shower(not always the case in Thailand), it was clean, management provided bottled water each week, it was right next to the Central Chaengwattana shopping mall which provided lots of restaurants and a food court along with theaters and a supermarket, and there was a very clean and inexpensive laundromat right across the street. In our case, the location was excellent because it was very near where our son is living. He is teaching Math at a private Thai school in Bangkok, and is off work in April, which is why we travelled then.

Cons: The bed was very hard by USA or European standards, which we have found to be the case in most apartments in Thailand. We solved the problem by buying a mattress pad at a big home goods store in Bangkok, and keep it between visits at our son's house. For others of you, you could sleep on top of the comforter, since nights are warm, or figure out something else. There is a refrigerator, an electric tea kettle, and basic dishes and utensils, but no way to heat food up. I would have liked a microwave. The location is quite far North of downtown Bangkok and its tourist attractions, so that would need to be a consideration for most visitors.

Preiswerter Unterkunft für eine kurze Zeit empfehlenswert

Pros: Wir blieben nur eine Nacht vor unserem Flug. Kurzer Weg zu ÖV und zum Einkaufszentrum. Verschiedene Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Cons: Das Bett war schon sehr hart und das Badezimmer in die Jahre gekommen. Kein Shampoo oder Duschgel.

スタッフがとても親切

Pros: スタッフの皆さんが大変親切です。気になることがあれば、メッセージを送ると丁寧に教えてくれます。部屋も清潔で、毎日ミネラルウォーターが2本もらえます。クーラーも良く効き冷蔵庫はたっぷり入ります。シャワーもダイヤルで温度調節出来て、いつ入っても熱いお湯がでます。近くにショッピングモール、セブンイレブン、ローカルな屋台もあり食べ物に困ることもありません。ドンムアン空港からのアクセスも良かったです。

Cons: 確認すればわかりますが、部屋にドライヤーはありません。髪の毛をドライヤーで乾かしたい人は気をつけてください。
